General Terms & Conditions

• Age Requirement: Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol.
• Identification Required: Valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup or delivery.
• Verification: Alcohol will not be released if age or identification requirements cannot be verified.
• Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• Pricing Notice: Website prices may differ from in-store prices. Online orders are charged at the prices displayed on the website.
• Order Corrections: Carteret Liquors reserves the right to correct pricing, product information, or typographical errors. Orders containing an obvious pricing error may be cancelled and refunded before fulfillment.
• Inventory & Availability: Product availability is subject to inventory. Carteret Liquors may modify or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if the order cannot legally be fulfilled.
• Policy Reiteration: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Delivery Orders

• Delivery is available only within designated service areas and during available delivery times.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or courier availability.
• Someone 21 years of age or older must be present to receive the order. Alcohol will not be left unattended.
• If no one is available at the delivery address, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer using the phone number provided with the order.
• If the customer cannot be reached or the delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to the store.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.
• Any refund issued for an undeliverable order may be reduced by applicable credit card processing and refund fees, as well as any delivery or return costs incurred.

Pickup Orders

• Pickup orders must be collected during regular store hours.
• All pickup orders are prepaid online.
• Pickup orders should be collected within 48 hours after the customer is notified that the order is ready.
• We will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer regarding any unclaimed order.
• Orders not collected within the pickup period may be cancelled and returned to inventory.
• Any refund issued for an unclaimed order may be reduced by applicable credit card processing and refund fees, as well as a reasonable order preparation or restocking fee.
